New Atlantic low 979 expected west of Rockall from Tuesday, gradually moving east with centre 987 approximately 400 miles west of Rockall by Wednesday and then centre 995 approximately 120 miles west of Shannon on Thursday. High 1022 expected over Biscay on Tuesday, moving into the continent on Wednesday and then centre 1029 over the Baltic on Thursday. No gales are expected during the forecast period, but occasional strong winds at times in Fitzroy throughout the forecast period, and also in Shannon from Wednesday onwards
