BBC CWR at Edgbaston
It’s a battle for bonus points at Edgbaston as both teams do
their calculations as to what is needed to secure a top-two place in Group One.
It’s likely that a draw in their final game at Worcestershire
would be enough for Warwickshire while Durham will probably have to beat
Nottinghamshire, but each additional point helps.
Beautiful batting from David Bedingham (92 not out) has helped
Durham secure two batting points.
Warwickshire have benefitted from
excellent catching. A diving effort from Sam Hain allowed Rob Yates to make Ned
Eckersley his maiden first-class victim and secure a second bowling point.
Craig Miles competed his second five-wicket haul of the season
courtesy of a low take at third slip from Yates to make Jack Burnham’s first
role in the match brief.
Once again, the rain has had its say forcing the players
into lunch 10 minutes early.
