"What I really enjoy is going to places that mean something to me, and to the people who live around here," he explains.

"It might be a road we drive every day or a building we've stopped noticing. But when you see it from above, it suddenly feels different."

"I love being out at sunrise or just as the light's changing," Gareth explains. "It brings a peacefulness to the images.

"It's also a challenge; making something ordinary look amazing. But that's the best part."

Having lived in North Wales his whole life, Gareth is driven by his love for the area, he explains:

"I love what I do - it gives me a sense of pride. It's not just about photography, it's about showing people the beauty of where we live.

"This is Wales. And sometimes you just need a different angle to see how incredible it is."
